Submission Guidelines
- Full Paper Submission
- Page Limit: 8 pages (including all figures, tables, and references)
- Template: DBMC 2026 paper template
- Publication: Springer conference proceedings - Scopus-indexed, Copyright transfer required, not open access.
- Extended Abstract Submission
- Page Limit: 4 pages (including all figures, tables, and references)
- Template: Same DBMC 2026 paper template
- Publication: Not published in the Springer Conference proceedings, shared with conference attendees only (Not indexed)

- Final Camera-ready submission
- Please make sure to carefully check all formatting, margins, fonts, figure and table numbering, author names, and affiliations according to the conference template.
- You need to upload three files: the final Word version of your paper, the final PDF version of your paper, and the completed and signed Word file of the copyright agreement. Please complete and submit the copyright agreement, which can be downloaded using the link below (first page and last page).
- For authors who wish to publish their paper as Open Access, an additional fee of €2,390 will apply. This fee must be paid directly to Springer. Please contact info@dbmc2026.org for further instructions.
- You will be informed once the submission portal is ready and open for final camera-ready submissions.
